CNC channel identification

Each query contains a unique job number (invoke id, ADSRDWRTIND.INVOKEID, 32 bits). In the case of a multiple-channel CNC, the channel number [1; max] indicating from which CNC channel the query was initiated is coded in the first 24 bits. When replying, the job number must be returned.
