value	Type: TcHmiSrv.Core.Tools.DynamicSymbols.Symbol. When this method returns, the Symbol associated with key, if key is found; otherwise, null. This parameter is passed uninitialized.

Type: Boolean
true if the DynamicSymbolsProvider contains a Symbol with key; otherwise, false.
