Table of the compensation values (kw.crosscomp.table[i].*)

For each interpolation point (maximum 1000 values) in the table kw.crosscomp.table[i].* the corresponding compensation value of the slave axis is entered. The compensation table is valid for the positive and negative moving direction. It contains following elements.
