Parameters for counter interface

With the system-wide distinctive hardware name (name of I/O interface card) in CNC system „cntr_hw_id_string“ and one channel identifier „cntr_channel“ one physical counter channel is defined clearly. The selected hardware has to be defined in the configuration list of hardware.
