The table header

The table header must contain the following key words for correct interpretation of the table.

• Table name: User defined name without blanks.
• Table type: The table type to be used. The selection is done via index, see. Table in 1.3.7.3 Table types.
• Table-ID: ID of the cam table.
• Function type: Function type, see 1.3.7.4 Function types.
• Number of lines (Lines): Number of lines which contain the table values.
