Configuration parameters

Coefficient Sos: the coefficients [b_01, b_11, b_21,a_01, a_11, a_21,b_02, b_12, b_22,a_02, a_12, a_22,…_, b_0M, b_1M, b_2M,a_0M, a_1M, a_2M] are freely selectable.

Initial Values (optional): initial values define the internal state of the filter.

Output: manipulated output signal.
